NDCC Follows Up With Covid 19 Main Combat Chamber Progress Of Vaccination.

Tripoli, The General Director of the National Disease Control Centre Dr. Badr Iddin Al Najar held a meeting with the Chairman of the Interior Ministry Covid 19 Main Combat Chamber Brigadier Ramadan Berbash with whom he reviewed progress of the vaccination process and work at ad hoc medical centres and quarantine centres in the Municipalities.

Aspects of cooperation between the NDCC and the Interior Ministry were dicussed at the meeting which was attended by members of the Chamber and NDCC Deputy Director Hussain Bin Othman.

To Lessen Tension Between Rabat And Berlin, Germany Invites Morocco To Berlin2 Meeting On Libya.

Rabat, German Foreign Ministry has issued an invitation to Morocco to attend the Berlin2 Conference on June 23, in a move aimed to mitigate tension between Rabat and Berlin.

The ‘Moroccan Hespress’ newspaper quoted diplomatic sources as saying Morocco has received an invitation from German Foreign Ministry, to take part in Berlin 2 conference on the Libyan crisis.

The sources did not specify whether or not Morocco has decided to take part in the international conference, adding it was too early to announce an official decision.

Berlin held a conference on Libya in 2020 but did not invite Morocco, which angered Rabat who expressed its denunciation of ‘German attempt to undermine Morocco’s regional role particularly in the Libyan file.’

GNU And Spanish Delegation Sign Memos Of Understanding.

Tripoli, The Government of National Unity Thursday signed a number of memos of understanding with Spain in different areas.

This came at the end a meeting the Head of the Government Abdul Hamid Al Dbeiba held with the visiting Spanish Prime Minster Pedro Sanchez in Tripoli.

According to a Government statement, the two sides agreed to upgrade exchange in the healthcare area particularly in combating the CoronaVirus scourge.

There was an agreement for treatment of Libyan children suffering from cancer in Spanish hospitals.

In the investment area, the two sides agreed to boost investments in renewable energy and to carry out spatial development by the Spanish Oil Company Repsol.
