Undersecretary Of The Ministry Of Interior For Directorates Affairs Discusses In Tunisia Border Security, Combating Terrorism, And Similarity Of Names

Tripoli, The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Directorates Affairs, Brig Bashir Al-Amin, and his accompanying delegation arrived today, Sunday, to the capital on a visit to meet with a number of Tunisian government officials.

The Ministry of Interior stated on its official page that the Undersecretary’s discussions with officials in Tunisia will focus on a number of security issues, the most important of which are border security, combating terrorism, and the similarity of names.

Minister Of Transportation And His Algerian Counterpart Agree On The Necessity Of Opening Air Space Between The Two Countries And The Return Of Flights Between The Two Countries.

Algeria, The Minister of Transportation, “Mohamed El-Shahoubi”, discussed with his counterpart, Minister of Public Works and Transport, “Kamal Nasseri,” strengthening the bonds of cooperation between Libya and Algeria in the transport sector.

During the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the visit of the head of the national unity government, Abdel Hamid Dabaiba, to Algeria, the need to open air space between the two countries and return flights via Libyan and Algerian airlines was emphasized to enhance cooperation in all fields.

It was also agreed between the two ministers to open land ports between the two countries to facilitate movement between the two countries, as well as to launch a maritime line between the different ports between the two countries to transport goods and passengers, provided that the talks would be completed through the interests and bodies of air, land and sea transport to implement these agreements as soon as possible.
