The Public Health and Population Office in Taiz province provided today,Thursday, four hospitals with medical devices, equipment and furniture, with support from the World Health Organization.
The Director General of the province Health Office, Dr. Abdul-Malik Al-Mutawakkil, explained that the office, as part of a plan related to meeting the needs of health facilities, provided the hospitals of Al-Rahda General in the Khadir District, the deceased Hammoud Bani Aoun in the Sharaab Al-Salam District, and Hajda Al-Mahouri, and Al-Barah Al-Rifi in the Maqbana District, with medical devices and equipment that ensure the improvement of their services provided to citizens.
He pointed out that this step comes in implementation of the national vision matrix for building the modern Yemeni state. He praised the support of the Ministry of Public Health , Population and the local authority in the province for the health sector in the various directorates.
For their part, the directors of the targeted hospitals stresse
d the importance of these devices , equipment in improving , improving the health and medical services provided to citizens.
