Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to HE Dick Schoof on the occasion of his swearing-in as the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
