Jeddah, President William Ruto of the Republic of Kenya met on Wednesday with the President of the Islamic Development Bank Group (IsDB Group), Dr. Muhammad bin Sulaiman Al Jasser, on the sidelines of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) meetings and celebrations marking its 60th anniversary in Nairobi.
President Ruto praised the deep partnership between the IsDB and the AfDB in supporting their common member states.
Al Jasser expressed his gratitude for the generous hospitality extended to the delegation of the IsDB and highlighted the investment activities carried out by the IsDB in Kenya, particularly in the fields of human development and humanitarian assistance.
He also expressed hope for stronger relationships in the future.
