HM King congratulates Norwegian monarch on Constitution Day

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to HM King Harald V of Norway on his country’s Constitution Day.

HM King wished the people of Norway further progress and prosperity.
