Bahrain all share index closed at 1,940.83 points marking an increase of 4.29 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the rise in the communications services sector, consumer discretionary sector and financials sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 709.81 points marking an increase of 5.22 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 130 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,829,684 worth BD 1,103,324.
Investors traded mainly in the materials sector representing %52.46 of the total value of securities traded.
