The armed forces announced that they targeted a US Navy ship while it sailing in the Gulf of Aden, as a victory for the oppression of the Palestinian people and the response to the aggression against Yemen.
The official spokesman for the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, explained in a statement that the Navy launched, on Sunday evening, a suitable naval missile that targeted a US Navy ship, “Lewis B Puller.”
He stated that one of the tasks of this ship is to provide logistical support to the American forces participating in the aggression against our country.
Brigadier General Saree indicated that the targeting operation comes within the military measures taken by the Yemeni armed forces in defense of Yemen and in confirmation to support the oppressed Palestinian people.
He stressed that the Yemeni armed forces will continue to prevent Israeli navigation or navigation heading to the occupied ports Palestine in Red and Arab seas until aggression stops and the siege in the Gaza Strip is lifted.
