Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Italian Republic, HE Sergio Mattarella, on the Italian Republic Day (Festa della Repubblica).
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister sent a similar cable to the Prime Minister of Italy, HE Giorgia Meloni.

Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, signed an Order Sunday appointing Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah as Crown Prince of Kuwait.
His Highness the Amir instructed the Prime Minister to implement the Order which would take effect once published in the official gazette, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, today arrived in Abu Dhabi on a fraternal visit to the United Arab Emirates.
Upon his arrival, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the accompanying delegation, WAM reported.

Manama, Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sunni Endowments, inaugurated Seyadi Mosque today in Muharraq.
Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) was present.
Dr. Al Hajeri underscored the expansion of construction and reconstruction projects of places of worship in light of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed lauded the cooperation and support that BACA received from its partners and relevant institutions to implement the project, including the Islamic Development Bank and the Sunni Endowments Council.

Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, discussed today with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, fraternal relations and ways to enhance cooperation and collaboration in various fields to achieve the mutual interests of both countries and their visions for sustainable development and prosperity, WAM reported.
The two leaders reviewed a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern, particularly the current developments in the Middle East and the repercussions of the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. They stressed the importance of intensifying efforts aimed at achieving an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and providing full protection for civilians in accordance with the rules of international humanitarian law, in addition to enhancing the response to the worsening humanitarian conditions in Gaza.
In this context, the two sides discussed the proposal presented by US President Joe Biden regarding
the crisis in Gaza.
They affirmed the support of the UAE and Qatar for all concerted initiatives and efforts aimed at de-escalating the situation in the Gaza Strip, protecting the lives of all civilians and ending their suffering, and advancing efforts towards a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace based on the two-state solution that ensures the security and stability of the region.
Later, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad left the UAE, and he was seen off at the airport by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed.
