Dozens of Palestinians Martyred, Injured in Israeli Army’s Intense Raid on Multiple Regions of Gaza

The Israeli occupation army continued to fire aerial and artillery shells into many areas throughout the Gaza Strip causing dozens of martyrs and injured, with the ground incursion still ongoing into large-scale regions in Rafah city amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation.

A Palestinian youth was martyred after the Israeli occupation army fired at him at Bureij camp in the central of the Strip. Also, two Palestinians were martyred after the Israeli gunboats opened fire at Khan Yunis beach, south of the enclave.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army pounded Shati (Beach) refugee camp west of Gaza city resulting in the martyrdom of 9 Palestinians among them women and children, in addition to targeting a home in the tunnel area in Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of 6 Palestinians, amid expectations of more numbers of victims.

Concurrently, the Israeli artillery fired shells into east of the city of Rafah, south of the enclave, amid high-intensity shooting, with the Israeli army launching another raid that targete
d the central city.

In a latest figure released by the Gaza’s Ministry of Health, the number of casualties due to the Israeli offensive has risen to 37,232 martyrs and 85,037 injured since October 7.

Interior Ministry Apprehends 18 Violators of Hajj Regulations


Mina, The Ministry of Interior has reported that the Hajj security forces stationed at the entrances to Makkah apprehended 18 individuals-two residents and 16 citizens-who violated Hajj regulations by transporting, on June 15, a group of 98 individuals attempting to perform Hajj without a permit.

The General Directorate of Passports issued 17 administrative decisions for individuals involved in illegal transportation. These include a 15-day prison sentence for each transporter and a SAR 10,000 fine multiplied by the number of violators transported.

Violators also face public exposure, deportation from the Kingdom if residents, and a ban on re-entry for a period of time determined by the regulations.

The authorities ordered the confiscation of the vehicles used in transporting the violators.

The Ministry of Interior has urged all citizens and residents to strictly comply with the Hajj regulations to ensure pilgrims feel safe, comfortable, and at peace when performing Hajj rituals.

Israeli Airstrike on Lebanon’s Janata Leaves 2 Killed, 18 Injured

Death toll from the Israeli airstrike that targeted the town of Janata in southern Lebanon last night rose to two, in addition to 18 injured.

Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) reported that the Israeli raid targeted a building in the town of Janata in the Tyre district, adding that the victims are civilians and most of them are children and women.

Meanwhile, intensive flights of Israeli drones were reported over villages and towns of the Tyre district.

Towns and villages in southern Lebanon have been subjected to daily Israeli bombardment since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7, resulted in deaths and injuries among civilians.

The Israeli assault on southern Lebanon has escalated in recent days, alarming widening attacks to include other areas of the country.

Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners and Missing Persons Fund Pilgrims Arrive in Mina on the First Day of Hajj

Makkah: The caravans of Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners and Missing Persons Fund pilgrims arrived today at the holy sites, uttering chants and supplications in a scene that reflects happiness and devotedness as settled near Al-Jamarat Bridge before beginning their spiritual journey.

These pilgrims spend Friday, the Day of Tarwiyah, engaged in dhikr and supplication, eagerly awaiting the rest of the journey, for which they leave at dawn to Arafat, in a new chapter that bring them closer to Allah, whom they supplicate to fulfil their hopes and prayers, and forgive.

This batch of pilgrims is offered many services, in Muzdalifah, Al-Mashaer Al-Mugaddasah Metro Line, and on their way to and from Al-Jamarat.

The elderly and the disabled can resort to electric vehicles, and they are attended to by an exceptional medical team and religious guides, all services that facilitate their Hajj and enable them to perform their rituals comfortably.

Media Minister Inspects Media Headquarters at the Holy Sites

Mina: Minister of Media Salman bin Youssef Al-Dossary has inspected media headquarters at the holy sites where he was briefed on the preparations at the Media Ministry’s headquarters in Arafat, as well as the techniques used by the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) in covering the Hajj rituals in Arafat.

He also visited the Arafat Tower, as well, and was briefed on the SBA’s mobile television studio.

Al-Dossary also visited the media centre in Arafat, which was established by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), and which is equipped with all the needed equipment to facilitate the work of local journalists and their international partners.

He went to the ministry’s headquarters in Mina to inspect the SBA facilities, and visited SPA’s headquarters in Mina where he held a meeting with SPA personnel.

Al-Dossary underscored the significant role media professionals have played in promoting the Kingdom’s efforts to serve pilgrims. He also highlighted the keenness of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin A
bdulaziz Al Saud and of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to facilitate all procedures for pilgrims, thus helping them perform the Hajj rituals with ease.

SBA has approximately 100 mobile cameras, and 100 correspondents and broadcasters. It has also established an operation room to support logistics services, and prepare over 700 news items in 12 languages. The production teams have been supplemented by cadres specialized in news editing and field coverage. The mobile units have been incorporated to help report from various locations at the holy sites.

SPA has 43 offices in the Kingdom and abroad, and 87 field correspondents stationed at the holy sites, all of whom strive to cover the pilgrimage. Ten international media partners convey the Kingdom’s messages and cover the Hajj rituals in 22 languages.

France Working with US, Israeli Entity on Roadmap to Defuse Escalation in Southern Lebanon

French President Emmanuel Macron announced Friday the formation of a trilateral group with the United States and the Israeli entity to push forward a roadmap presented by Paris earlier this year to defuse the escalation in southern Lebanon.

“With the United States we agreed on the principle of a trilateral contact group, Israel, the United States and France to advance on the roadmap that we proposed and we will do the same with the Lebanese authorities,” Macron tells reporters on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Rome.

France has been trying since January to ease the tensions in southern Lebanon.
