Al-Dabaiba approves the proposal of a project to develop and improve the city center of Tripoli

Tripoli-Head of the Government of National Unity ,Abdul-Hamid Al-Dabaiba, approved the proposal of a project to develop and improve the city center of Tripoli, the streets branching from it and the city’s waterfront.

The project includes improving the facades of buildings and returning them to their original shape, adding trees, installing street furniture in line with the city’s identity, and removing the random things on buildings such as electrical wires, air conditioning, and random signs, according to appropriate quick solutions.

Al-Mangoush and the Italian Foreign Minister discuss by phone the return of Italian companies to complete their stalled projects

Tripoli-Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani renewed his country’s support for the efforts of the incumbent government of national unity to reach the presidential and parliamentary elections as soon as possible.

This came during a phone call Tajani had with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Mangoush, according to what the Ministry of Foreign Affairs published on its official Facebook page.

During the phone call, Minister Al Mangoush congratulated her Italian counterpart on taking office, stressing the depth of historical and long-standing relations with Italy.

The two ministers discussed the file of the border guards and the fight against illegal migration, the return of Italian companies to complete the construction of outstanding projects, including Tripoli International Airport, and preparedness of the two countries to activate joint agreements. The two sides also reviewed ways to enhance the prospects of bilateral cooperation relations between the two friendly countries in various fields.

On the sidelines of the Climate Summit in Sharm El-Sheikh, Al-Manfi and the Bulgarian President discuss opportunities to enhance trade exchange between the two countries

Tripoli- The President of the Presidential Council, “Mohamed Al-Manfi” met today, Monday, Bulgarian President “Romen Radev” on the sidelines of their participation in the Global Climate Summit (COP-27) held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.

The meeting discussed ways to develop economic relations between the two friendly countries, according to what was published by the media office of the President of the Presidential Council on his official Facebook page.

The Bulgarian President also briefed the President of the Presidential Council on his efforts to ease entry procedures for Libyan students and businessmen, offering him an official invitation to visit Bulgaria, accompanied by a delegation of businessmen, to see the opportunities for trade exchange between the two countries.

Minister of Justice Receives the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court

Tripoli – Minister of Justice Halima Abdul-Rahman received ,yesterday, prosecutor of the International Criminal Court Karim Khan , and members of his accompanying delegation in the presence of some directors of departments in the ministry.

The Minister welcomed the Prosecutor and his delegation, expressing the interest of the Ministry of Justice in achieving justice and enhancing the rule of law, stressing on the principle of non-impunity with the jurisdiction of the Libyan judiciary.

For his part, Karim Khan expressed his thanks to the Government of National Unity for the cooperation and facilities that it provided to his delegation during the visit, calling for more coordination between the two sides in area of justice and human rights.

The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation on integration principle in line with the national judiciary and the Office of Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in a number of joint cases.
