The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives meets the German Ambassador in Tripoli

Tripoli- The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, “Fawzi Al-Nuiri,” met today at the headquarters of the parliament’s office in Tripoli, the German ambassador to Libya, “Michael Unmacht”.

The official spokesman for the House of Representatives, “Abdullah Blihaq,” stated that the meeting discussed the latest political developments in Libya, and a number of issues related to the Libyan issue and ways to address them in order to achieve stability.

The National Oil Corporation discusses with the United Nations Development Program prospects of cooperation to implement service and development projects in a number of municipalities

Tripolithe Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (Mustafa Sanalla) received the representative of the United Nations Development Program in Libya (Marc – Andre Franche), in the presence of the Director of the Sustainable Development Department, Mukhtar Abdel-Daim.

During the meeting, they discussed prospects for cooperation between the Foundation and the United Nations Development Program in Libya and for coordination to implement a number of development projects in the municipalities, including projects to provide drinking water, develop health services, training, maintenance of educational facilities, support for youth and other programs that covered the regions of the Western Mountains, Zawiya, Ubari and its environs.

Ben Charrada to “LANA”: members of the State Council of the joint committee to prepare a constitutional basis are heading to Cairo

Tripoli- A member of the Supreme Council of State, Saad Ben Cherrada, confirmed that the members of the Council who were chosen as representatives of the joint committee between the House of Representatives and the State Council to reach a drafting of a constitutional rule, will head today to Cairo to meet with their counterparts from the House of Representatives12, who were formed based on the outcomes of the two committees formed from the council of state and the house of representatives, and from which the twelfth constitutional amendment will emerge.

In a communication with the Libyan News Agency today, Tuesday, Ben Cherrada said that (travel procedures for representatives of the Supreme Council of State in the aforementioned committee have been taken to facilitate their travel to the Egyptian capital today to carry out the mission).

It is noteworthy that the members of the committee representing the Supreme Council of State who were chosen on the 14th of last March are: Fawzia Karawan, Amal Al-Sallabi, Zainab Shetty, Fathallah Al-Sariri, Ahmed Yaqoub, Shaaban Busta, Kamel Al-Jatlawi, Abdul Karim Al-Obaidi, Musa Faraj and Abdul Qader Huwaili, Shukri Lamin, and Mohamed Abdel Hadi.
