Turkish Pilgrims Welcomed with Zamzam Water and Flowers

The first batch of pilgrims from the Republic of Turkiye, consisting of 178 people, arrived yesterday in Makkah for this year’s Hajj season.

Al-Rifada (Hajj service) center at the Motawifs of Turkiye Pilgrims and Pilgrims of Europe, America and Australia Company received the pilgrims, coming from Madinah, with Zamzam water, flowers, dates and many other gifts.

Attending the reception was the Turkish Consul General in Jeddah Mete Zaimoglu.

Special reception programs and various services are provided to the pilgrims at their places of residence in Makkah, from their arrival until their departure back home, to ensure that they perform the Hajj rituals with ease, comfort and in safety, conform with guidelines from the wise leadership.

The pilgrims expressed their happiness to be in Makkah, stressing that the Kingdom’s hospitality is not unusual, and extended their thanks to the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and to HRH the Crown Prince for their tremendous efforts to serve the pilgrims visiting the Grand Holy Mosque.
