Istanbul, A memorandum of understanding was signed in Istanbul between the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority and the Turkish Directorate General of Aviation, which includes technical infrastructure, strengthening training, updating and implementation of plans for the development of Libyan civil aviation.

According to the memorandum, the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority will begin to restructure and train its employees, which will contribute to raising their efficiency, in addition to expanding training on airports, aviation security, ramp control, and technical support.
