Supreme Judicial Council approves establishing a court and two specialized prosecutions.

Tripoli, The Supreme Judicial Council approved the proposal of the Attorney General, Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, to establish a court and two specialized partial prosecutions, which represents the status of the building blocks of judicial specialization.

The Attorney General confirmed that the work of the two prosecution offices will begin with the beginning of the new judicial year, the selection of members for these prosecutions and their training, whether at home or abroad.

Al-Sour indicated that the establishment of these prosecutors will reflect positively on the right and public order and generate a sense of existence and the rule of law.

The first prosecution is concerned with investigating, filing and prosecuting criminal cases in crimes described as corruption, while the other determines its jurisdiction.
