Tripoli, 26 September 2022 (Lana) Head of the Government of National Unity Abdul-Hamid Al-Dabaiba ,sent a letter to the ministries and institutions related to the government , to legalize and rationalize a number of operating expenses ,included travel ,accommodation and subsistence for government officials.

According to the SMS Page of the government ,the letter stipulated that all meal catering services will be suspended from next November ,only hot drinks and water will be provided with exception of members of security and guard , provided that they are replaced by cash support at the beginning of next year ,and stop giving gifts internally and externally ,prevent buying mobile phones ,computers and cars for all officials and employees in the ministries ,with exception of service cars and ambulances.

The letter also included prohibition of paying housing rent to any employee who was not granted by the legislation in force, and no tickets except in in official missions and on economy class.
