Rome, A number of mayors of Libyan and Italian municipalities met in the city of Syracuse, Sicily, to discuss ways to enhance friendship between the Libyan and Italian municipalities, as well as to discuss the best ways in managing local government, in order to activate the initiative presented by the National League of the Italian municipalities, in regard to the meeting of the two parties.
