Tripoli, The first issue of Al-Royah ‘Vision’ newspaper was published by the Libyan Center for Strategic Studies and Homeland Security, full of news, articles and cultural, social, scientific and sports topics.

The Al Royah, a comprehensive monthly newspaper is supervised by Dr. Mokhtar Miftah Abu Sa’a and is edited by Dr. Mohammed Omar Melitan.

The 12-page issue of medium size included numerous articles, news, cultural, social, and scientific and sports news. In its third page, the newspaper published an interview with the Director General of the Libyan Center for Strategic Studies and national Security, in which he addressed national security issues and stability of the country, and the preservation of its unity and territorial integrity.

On its fourth page, it published an article in which the writer addressed the role of national reconciliation in Libya’s in promoting stability in the country.

The newspaper addressed on its fifth page the government’s need for comprehensive and integrated system of governance, to promote cyber national security in Libya.
