Tripoli- The head of the Turkish Intelligence Service, Hakan Fidan, renewed his country’s continued support for all political efforts to find solutions to outstanding issues aimed at achieving stability in Libya.

This came during his meeting and his accompanying delegation today, Tuesday, with the head of the Supreme Council of State, “Khaled Al-Mishri,” at the council’s headquarters in the capital, Tripoli, according to what was published by the council’s media office on its official Facebook page.

Al-Mishri expressed his welcome to Hakan Fidan’s visit, stressing the depth of the historical relations between Libya and Turkey, and the importance of strengthening and developing them in all fields.

During the meeting, the President of the High Council of State called for the need to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two countries on bilateral and international issues and files of common interest.
