Dbaiba Is Holding Talks With The CEO Of General Electric To Address The Electricity Shortage In Libya.

WASHINGTON, The meeting of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dbaiba, with the CEO of the American General Electric Company, “Scott L Strazik” focused on discussing urgent practical steps to address the current shortage of electric power in Libya.

A well-informed Libyan source in America explained that Dbaiba met Scott while he was in the United States of America, and that he informed him that (the Government of National Unity is working to launch long-term investments in the Libyan energy sector, which will create job opportunities and guarantee all the benefits that benefit Libya).

It is worth noting that the American General Electric Company is the first in Africa to use “enhanced gas path” technology and 9FA turbines, and it has been contributing to supporting the development of the Egyptian energy sector for more than 40 years, in addition to its strong presence on the ground through its offices and experienced local cadres alike, as expressed by Strazik, CEO of the American company.
