Tripoli, The Chief of General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lt. Gen. Mohammed al-Haddad, received, at the Staff headquarters in Tripoli on Tuesday, the Chief of Italian Defense Staff, Lt. Gen. Giuseppe Cavodraqoni, and his delegation visiting Libya.
Al Haddad and Cavodraqoni discussed military cooperation between the two countries. The meeting was attended by Italian Ambassador to Libya Giuseppe Grimaldi, director of the training department, commander of Special Forces and commander of the Military Hospital of Mitiga.
The Chief of General Staff welcomed the visit of his Italian counterpart and his delegation, stressing the deep relations between Libya and Italy.
