The President of the Presidential Council, “Mohamed Al-Manfi,” warned that the authorities elected according to a permanent constitution are the ones who have the right to dispose of the frozen Libyan funds.

This came in a tweet he posted today, Sunday, on his personal account on the social network (X).

Al-Manfi said in the tweet that international support at all its stages requires a specialized and unified Libyan institution that enjoys the trust of those affected.
