The head of the Government of National Unity, “Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba,” said that he had instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to raise the level of coordination with the United Nations in the field of technical support and advice to the High National Elections Commission.

Al-Dabaiba added, in a tweet on his Twitter account, that this step aims to “work to achieve the due national elections in the country, in line with our aspirations to end the transitional stages in a peaceful manner through free and fair elections.”
