Tripoli, Today, Tuesday, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs, “Mahmoud Saeed”, held a meeting with the head of the Passports, Nationality and Foreign Affairs Department, Dean “Youssef Murad” and the general manager of the Japanese company (NIC) Corporation, “Rida Al-Taif”. And the Minister’s advisor for information technology, “Ali Al-Mahmoudi”, and in the presence of a number of officers at the Passports Authority and the Ministry of Interior.

During the meeting, the competencies carried out by the Japanese company were discussed by introducing the decimal fingerprint system and sub-systems to improve the administration’s administrative work, activate the company’s contract and enhance cooperation with it in accordance with administrative and legal controls.

It was emphasized that the purpose of the system’s work is to facilitate the work of the Passports Authority and the transit movement at the ports.
