IOM: More Than 160 Illegal Migrants Repatriated From Sebha

Sebha-The International Organisation of Migration IOM has announced that 160 illegal migrants from Nigeria have been repatriated to their country from the southern Libyan city of Sebha. The repatriation process was part of voluntary repatriation program IOM is running with support from the EU Credit Fund, IOM said in statements posted to its website. In May, the UN High Commission for Refugees has estimated that the number of refugees and asylum seekers held at official sites in Libya has reached 5700 of which 2367 cared for by IOM.
