ALGIERS, The foreign ministers of Algeria, Egypt and Tunisia are meeting in Algiers as part of the continuous consultations among the three countries on reach a political solution to the Libyan crisis.
The latest meeting here Monday, chaired by Algerian Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel and attended by Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Tunisiaian Foreign Minister Khemaies Jhinaoui, will focus on the situation in this brotherly and neighbouring country.
The foreign ministers will examine the recent developments in Libya, especially the political and security situation.
They will also explore ways and means to step up efforts of their countries to accelerate the process for the resolution of the crisis through dialogue and reconciliation.
Three similar meetings were held in Algiers in June 2017, in Cairo in November 2017 and in Tunis in December 2017.
